Mid-Life... messy, marvellous or something in between?
For many of us we have spent the last couple of decades building careers and/or building families. We have been doing so much for so many. We may have been trying to do it all, after all we were told growing up that girls can do anything... but they never meant that we had to try to do everything!
And then our body starts changing, again! Perimenopause and all the wonders it brings.
We may have a sense of loss; loss of our youth, loss of our identity, loss of energy, loss of self esteem . We may feel overwhelmed by all that there is to do. We may wonder if this is it or if our life could look and feel different at some point.
Our self esteem can suffer and it can be lonely and hard as we try to keep moving forward. But we don't have to do this alone.
This is where having a coach can help.
I get it. It's part of my journey too, and this is why I feel so passionate about helping other women on their journey. To see you thrive, living your best life, that's what drives me.
As your coach I see you and accept you. I will help you unpack your values and support you to start setting goals to create the life you want. I will be your accountability partner; asking you questions and sharing tools and strategies so you can access your own wisdom.

Unpacking your values
When we live our lives in service to others we can sometimes become disconnected from what lights us up. Knowing our values and what they look like in our lives can help us gain clarity of what we want more of and less of in our lives.
Setting a vision for the future
Once you know your values and what they look like in action you can start to paint a picture of the future you want. This picture can help us set boundaries and take positive action.
Taking a step towards the future you desire
Now we know what we want our life to look like we can create goals that help us to move towards this vision.
I will be your accountability buddy with this and offer you tools and strategies to support you on your journey.
