Coaching and Mentoring

Often my teaching coaching clients come to me when they are feeling stuck, have lost their mojo and want it back, or want to change how they are working to achieve a better work-life satisfaction.

I offer both coaching and mentoring to my teaching clients. If you want to grow personally and professionally then give me a call, as I say 'I get it' and I am happy to help you. 

Meg will support you to thrive by:

- helping you clarify the values you live by

- supporting you to set realistic and meaningful goals that will get you moving towards a positive future vision

- breaking through unhelpful beliefs that hold you back

- developing effective tools and strategies that you can use to manage the ups and downs of life

Individual Sessions

Your first thirty minute session with Meg is a discovery call and is obligation free. This is a time for you to find out more about what coaching involves and to share what you are hoping to get out of our work together.

We do this free so that both you and Meg feel you're compatible and you feel safe in the knowledge that Meg knows her stuff and can help you forward.

These sessions are all about igniting your spark and working towards the work and/or life you want to live in small, achievable ways that can make a big difference. You will receive a tailored action plan after each session.

We discuss frequency and number of the sessions together and work out a package that best suits your needs. 

Group Sessions

Our 3 hour group package gives you an individual fifteen minute Discovery Call plus three one-hour coaching sessions that will help you get clear on what you value and start on the journey to being who you want to be. These sessions are delivered in a small, intimate group. We meet regularly, and you will have an action plan after each session.

Discovery Call

As your coach... 

When you enter a coaching relationship with me the focus is on your journey and growth. As your coach I will listen to you, prompt deep thinking, ask you questions (sometimes hard ones!), encourage you, help you to find clarity and empower you, I will be your accountability buddy. I will share tools and strategies with you to support your growth. 

Personal and professional 

Whilst we may meet for professional purposes, often coaching can have positive flow on effects in other parts of our lives. The same applies if we meet for personal purposes, it can impact on our professional life too. It is quite normal for there to be cross-over. 

Flexibility

Because a teachers life in far more than 9-3 I am flexible to work around your hours. That means we can meet online when we can't meet in person due to location or other barriers. I am happy to work outside school hours if that works best for you. 

About Me

I am a professional coach and a member of ANZCAL. I am a trained life coach who uses ACT and other modalities to get great results for clients. I have held teaching, leadership and mentoring roles throughout my 30+ year career.

I have created this small group coaching opportunity to help you start your year well and move your wellbeing up that list. The work we do together will be guided by you and your needs. 

As your coach I will guide you in establishing healthy habits and boundaries, enabling you to recharge and rejuvenate consistently. 

By prioritising your self-care, you'll not only enhance your own wellbeing but also become a role model for your students and colleagues, inspiring them to embrace their own self-care practices.

Throughout these coaching sessions, you'll have the opportunity to engage in open discussions with like-minded people who are also committed to their self-care journeys. This supportive group environment provides a safe space for sharing experiences, insights, and encouragement, fostering a strong sense of community and solidarity.

What to expect 

With this small group coaching opportunity we will work together to identify values we want to live by, create goals we have for our own wellbeing, and break through some barriers and beliefs that hold us back from honouring our own needs.

You commit to attending three 90 minute zoom sessions and do some home-play between sessions. I commit to creating a safe space for you to grow, providing practical tools and strategies that you can use, and offering coaching to work through challenges.
